“The night the temperatures dropped 2-11. Our furnace stopped working. The furnace issue was resolved, but we still didn’t have heat on the second floor, issue may have been frozen pipes. Joe came out to try and identify the problem by heating various pipes in the wall in all the upstairs rooms. His efforts, coupled with Peters, as well as a rising temperatures, has finally resolve the problem.
